When am I charged?
A $20 authorisation secures your card when you order. Once your shop is complete and the final total is confirmed, we bill the card on file.
Ordering within 24 hours?
Please contact us first to confirm availability. An additional $30 expedite fee applies to orders placed within 24 hours of the requested delivery.
Keeping costs down
The service fee scales with your grocery total, so a larger shop spreads the $49 delivery fee across more of your order.
Changing your payment method
You can update your card at any time using the link in your confirmation email.
